We follow strict quality control measures in all aspects of our manufacturing activities. The company procures its raw materials from well known steel manufacturers like Jindal and Mukand. A proper record of the raw materials is kept for easy identification. All the processes are closely inspected by a team of appointed quality inspectors. There are stringent quality checks that are conducted to ensure that the end product is devoid of any error.

The various testing instruments like surface plate, micrometer, height gauge, etc. help us in accurately checking the products for any form of error. We regularly arrange for calibration of these instruments in every six months. We also make sure that the entire consignment is delivered at the right place and at the right time so as to offer our clients complete customer satisfaction.

Infrastructure

We possess a state-of-art infrastructural setup that enables us to manufacture castings in varied shapes and sizes. The manufacturing unit is spread over a built-up area of 1200 sq. mts. J. J.
